Armorcast LLC ships internationally via USPS mail. Shipping charges are calculated by weight and shipping region. PayPal users please note that Armorcast LLC only ships to the confirmed shipping address that is set up in your payment. Armorcast LLC follows PayPal's Sellers protection program. For more information follow this Link. Armorcast is not responsible for any Customs or Duty fees incurred with a purchase from the webstore. Customs fees and Duty is the sole resposibilty of the purchaser.

Shipping Time

Armorcast is a cast on demand company. We keep stock of the most popular items but cast to order a majority of our resin products our turnaround time is usually around 10 business days. It may be longer if it is near a holiday or pending gaming convention (Armorcast attends Adepicon, Origins and Gen Con so there will be delays during these shows).

Returns

Armorcast wants you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll give you a refund or send a replacement part for defective castings What's eligible for return? You can return or exchange any item that's in its original condition (still in the package) or defective. We only accept returns from 15 days from your receiving date. We can only refund the original cost of the items and we do not refund the shipping fees incurred to your location or returning the item(s) to Armorcast. Armorcast will also asess a 10% restocking fee to damaged packaging

Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.
