FAQ:
Pending Orders: The order is Pending review by an Armorcast employees. Once the order has been reviewed it is advanced to Processing status.
Processing Orders: The order is being cast, collected and packaged. Armorcast is a just on time company. Most resin items are cast to order. In stock means the molds are in working order. Please allow 10 business days for the order to be processed. Armorcast strives to have a quick turnaround but at times due to workload it may take longer.
Customers will be emailed when the order advances from Pending to Processing and when the order is shipped. If you never received a Pending order email. Please check your shopping cart. If your order is still in the cart you did not complete the ordering process. If a customer paid via Paypal the customer needs to complete the order by selecting Checkout, under comments type in the date the order was made andselect payment type - Check / MO. Your order will now be visable to Armorcast to complete.
