Right now Armorcast has buildings from the Stone Age - Easter Island Heads, Medieval era - Cathedral, Industrial Revolution thru curent -Trenches and the WWII Normandy Concrete Bunkers. So my question is should we continue to fill out these era's or expand into other era's?

Actually some of the pieces could work for multiple eras. Civil War could also double for Spanish American War, Boxer Rebellion, and World War I. World War II could also cover Korea, early African Wars of Independence, and early Vietnam. Late Vietnam could also cover later African Wars of Independence, Hati, the Yom Kippur War, and others. Gulf War could also cover Grenada, Bosnia, and the numerous flare-ups in the Middle East.

I would recommend a study of war photograpy from battles in say 30 to 50 year increments to spot similarities in breastworks, buildings, bivoacs, etc. This approach would give you a built in cross market. Instead of advertising by specific wars you could advertise by years or by the historical names given to these eras. Historical wargamers might know this ability to utilize terrain for multiple periods but it would be a boon to people who are just getting into historicals or are shopping for retro scenery that would work for sci-fi or steampunk and an occassional historical battle.

I added the pirate era as another choice for the poll. I was thinking of pirate more in the fantasy genre than historical - you know with squid headed pirate captians all sailing the high seas as of late... Wink

Yeah, but the bulk of the terrain and models will be straight up 17th & 18th century historical.

I would concentrate to the majority of demand, that is sci-fi and fantasy (and possibly steam punk->Warmachine). Go slow, make some money and then, only then think of further expanding the product ranges. There are enough products missing in the fantasy and sci-fi market.

I voted WWII as I think some of that could do double duty in the sci-fi genre.  A lot of your basic WWII items would fit well with an Imperial Guard (ooh, I said a copywritten word  Shocked ) army, for example.

I would think that some generic WWII/Vietnam terrain, like bunkers, sandbag enplacements, could be used for a lot of sci-fi games, and to a lesser extent, things like Warmachine as well...I personally think that Civil War-era terrain would be something that would be interesting to pursue since a lot of that terrain can be used for games like Warhammer Fantasy, Warmachine/Hordes, Confrontation, things like that...

Concur with Pepsidan; go modular medieval.  Maybe even compatible with the Zvezda plastic castle stuff out, i.e. wall height, thickness, etc.  And oh by the way, they do have a plastic Fuedal Japan castle on the way.

Example of my stuff I would love to have additional resin "stuff ":

Would like to see more industrial stuff that could be used for Modern battles or sci-fi.

Not an era to recommend as such, but specifically: Roundhouses. They are great because they can be historical (stone, daub or wooden walled ones, so I guess you could make a mix), and they also appeal to warhammer players because orcs and such are often depicted as living in villages of roundhouses. And everyone likes roundhouses.
