Dark Age.  It takes place on a failed colony world.  The pasty white guys are mutant cannibals called Skarrd.

I think I figured out why their colony failed. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with their enormous stockpile of biohazardous waste conveniently stored in 60' tall explosion magnets about 20' from their house. A hard rain's gonna fall when those things go up.

But seriously, we need to make ladders for those soda can storage tanks. they look great on there.
