Shawn has added another wild steam mushroom creation to our lineup. The model is also posted on Cool Mini Or Not at this link:

You realize if you keep creating steampunk mushroom buildings you're also going to need to make some steampunk smurfs. Smiley

I just saw the painted model posted in the online shop.  Very nice. Who does the painting?

Since you are making a whole line of mushrooms, how about a steam powered magic mushroom?  Give it a vintage 70's look.  Paint it in fluorescence colors and photograph it under black light. Cheesy

The man himself, Shawn Lux has been painting the 'Shrooms". It is up on Cool Mini Or Not and up for sale on Ebay.

It would be great if Shawn could photograph the steps in his painting process.  I'd  love to see how he made the metal effect on the telescope and the screws on the other mushroom.  They really stand out.

might do that............might. That shroom was painted over about 3 days. Quite a bit to it but I'm VERY happy with how it came out.
