Size questions

Ok, I'm deciding what to order next, and I have some questions.

1) What height are the stucco building levels?  Is it a standard 3 inches per floor?  If so, does that make the height of the walls 3 inches per level, or does that measure floor to roof?  I'm not very good at explaining what I mean so here's a crappy diagram.

Is it:

(A)   |________|                                           (B) |_______| <--------- 3 inches
        |             | <------- 3 inches            or           |           |
        |             |                                                 |           |

The reason I'm asking is that I'm trying to figure out how easy it will be to combine the Tech Walkways and the Stucco buildings into a series of roofs and catwalks.


2) What are the lengths of the Concrete walls?  On the same note, what are the dimensions of the Concrete fortress?
